By purchasing or using 749 Children's Stories in Verse (the “Product”), you agree to the terms below.

What you're buying

The Product is a digital prompt pack delivered as an instant download immediately after purchase. No physical item is shipped. Access is for your personal or business use.

Licence

You may use the prompts to generate an unlimited number of stories, books, and illustrations, and you are granted full commercial rights to everything you create with them — you can publish, sell, and profit from the finished books freely.

You may not resell, redistribute, or share the prompt file itself (in whole or in part), and you may not claim authorship of the prompt pack as your own product.

Pricing and availability

Pricing, bonuses, and availability shown on the sales page may change without notice. Where the page states that the price rises with sales volume or over time, that increase will be enforced as described.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase under the guarantee described on the sales page. See the guarantee section there, or email support to request one.

No guarantee of results

The Product provides prompts and instructions. It does not guarantee that any resulting book will sell, earn income, or be approved by any publishing platform. See the Earnings Disclaimer for more detail.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
